Welcome to Somatic Coaching, Awaken the Wisdom Within. By engaging in somatic coaching services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of Practice
Somatic coaching is a body-based, holistic approach to wellbeing and personal development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
You are advised to seek appropriate medical or therapeutic support where necessary.
Trauma-Informed Practice
This practice is committed to a trauma-informed, compassionate approach. Sessions are held with an emphasis on safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
You are always in control of your level of participation and may pause or stop at any time
Clear, ongoing consent will be sought before engaging in any somatic practices
You are warmly encouraged to communicate your boundaries, needs, and limits
The pace and depth of sessions are guided collaboratively, with care for your nervous system
Somatic coaching can gently bring awareness to emotions, sensations, or past experiences. At times, this may feel unfamiliar or activating. You agree to take responsibility for communicating if you feel overwhelmed and to seek additional therapeutic support where appropriate.
Where it is considered that you would benefit from working alongside, or being referred to, a qualified therapist or healthcare professional, this will be discussed with you.
2. Client Responsibility
By engaging in coaching services, you agree to:

Communicate honestly and openly
Seek additional professional support where appropriate
3. Results Disclaimer
Outcomes from somatic coaching vary from person to person. No specific results are guaranteed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance of sessions
Sessions are only confirmed upon receipt of payment
Prices may change with reasonable notice
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of [24/48] hours’ notice is required
Late cancellations may be charged in full
Missed sessions are non-refundable
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless at the practitioner’s discretion
Any goodwill refunds do not constitute admission of liability
7. Confidentiality
Your privacy and trust are central to this work.
All information shared within coaching sessions is treated as confidential and held with care, respect, and professionalism, in accordance with UK data protection laws and ethical practice.
As part of maintaining high professional standards, I engage in regular supervision. In this context, aspects of my work may be discussed with a qualified supervisor. This is done in a professional and ethical manner, and wherever possible, information is anonymised to protect your identity.
Confidentiality will only be broken in the following circumstances:
